The membership of the New Haven Democratic Town Committee consists of two "Ward Co-Chairs" elected by the Democrats in each of New Havens 30 Wards. Besides these 60 members, the New Haven Democratic Town Committee elects the following officers: the Chair, two Vice-Chairs, a Secretary, an Assistant Secretary, a Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, and 60 Co-Chairs.
